The tasty authentic pan Asian menu is prepared by master chefs with years of training and restaurant experience in their native land. The menu comes with cold cut, soup, deep fried, grill, main course, noodle soup, steam dish, hand roll, Tao makimono, sushi combo and dessert. Each category contains minimum 12 to 15 items. All the dishes are colorful combination of many ingredients and contrasting flavors. Tao cuisine utilizes fresh meats and vegetables seasoned with ingredients such as ginger, garlic, soy sauce and dishes flavored with toasted sesame seeds and bean paste such as Tori Miso Tare, kimisu Ika, Turnip Miso and etc. some Japanese dishes focuses on bringing out the natural flavors in ingredients such as sashimi moriawase, asparagus ebiko, salmon with papaya and etc. Tao cuisine is a delicate blending of bold flavors, including sour tamarind, hot chilies, tangy lime leaves, and basil, coriander and mint such as tom yam soup, szechuan spicy soup, Thai spicy lamb, kaisen kimuchi, 3 cup squid and etc. the grill dishes such as salmon teriyaki, miso yaki, grill lamb shoulder, saba shioyaki and motoyaki scallop are most favorite here.
